With over 10 years' experience, I work with athletes across the full spectrum—from adult beginners taking their first steps in endurance sport, through to competitors performing on the world stage. I specialise in coaching running, HYROX, and triathlon, with a deep commitment to long-term athlete development and sustainable performance gains.

I am a long-time endurance athlete with a proven track record at the highest levels of competition. As a multiple world championship medallist in age group triathlon, and former national and regional champion in multisport, cycling, and running, I bring elite-level experience and insight to every athlete I coach.

I believe in athlete-centred coaching that recognises the realities of busy lives. Training plans aren't just about hitting targets—they're about integrating meaningful work into your schedule in a way that's sustainable and progressive. My approach focuses on clear communication, consistent performance progression, and building a foundation that supports your goals for years to come, not just a single race.
